The BKD took over in 2011, which since 1992 belongs to the AKT WEDO, Doberschau in Saxony and changed its name to Boryszew Formenbau Deutschland GmbH.

Continued investment in the latest technology and over 50 years of experience have put WEDO on the cutting edge of injection mould tool manufacturing, especially as far as complex tools in the field of two- and three-component technology are concerned

In Doberschau we have about 170 employees in the fields of injection mould tool manufacturing, mould design, quality assurance and plastics processing.

With utmost precision, we manufacture moulding tools with a total weight of up to 15,000 kg, using modern 5-axle machining centres and the corresponding wire and EDM machines.  WEDO Formenbau und Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH is certified in accordance with the German Institute for Standardization stipulation ISO 9001 and VDA 6.4.

For manufactured tools, we guarantee high quality and on-schedule delivery – even with short-term orders – and the short term realization of small-batch production on our figuring machines.
