The plastic parts are given an attractive appearance by means of an appropriate paint coat finish.
To ensure the durability of the paint coat, first and foremost a thorough pre-treatment of the subsurface is essential. Therefore, the synthetic materials are cleaned, de-greased or plasma-treated. This must be done with great care, on account of the different qualities of the various synthetic materials.
Each particular form of adhesion to the synthetic material requires the selection of an appropriate pre-treatment, e.g. priming or plasma-treating.
AKT can give a paint-coating to all plastic parts, from the straightforward to 3-D parts. Individual parts we can refine by hand paint-coating, large batches on our enamelling machines.
The lacquer finishes are realized in single-layer and double-layer form with soft or decor paints or with hydro or solvent paints.
