We achieve faster reaction times through the use of Rapid Prototyping. By means of this system, it is possible to modify prototypes repeatedly within a very short period of time, adapting them precisely to match customer wishes. 

For example, we have some 60 engineers employed in synthetic material technology, in process engineering and in the CAD area of the AKT Group. In addition, we cooperate with numerous partners from the world of academic scientific research so as to remain fully in tune with latest research developments.

Within only 24 hours we can produce a liquid resin model using stereo lithography and silicone casts. Our own in-house tool manufacturing unit produces pre-series tools for the manufacture of parts from original material. 

Thanks to this comprehensive design know-how, we can so reduce development times as to give our customers a decisive time advantage.

In order to ensure quality, both raw materials and the finished products are submitted to strict ongoing testing in our laboratories.
